  • We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

You provide

  • Contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.

  • Orders: items, prices, delivery details, payment confirmation.

  • Account (optional): login credentials.

  • Support messages and any content you send us.

  • Marketing preferences (email/SMS/cookies).

  • Device, browser, IP address, rough location from IP.

  • Site actions: pages viewed, carts, clicks.

  • Performance and error data.

From service providers

  • Shopify (store platform/hosting).

  • Payment processors (e.g., Shop Pay, PayPal, card processors).

  • Fraud prevention, analytics, shipping/fulfillment, customer support, email/SMS tools.

  • Ads/marketing platforms (only if marketing cookies/pixels are enabled).

How we use information

  • Orders & account: process payments, fulfill, ship, returns, notifications.

We do not disclose sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.

“Sale” / “Share” for targeted advertising

  • We do not sell personal information for money.

  • Orders/tax/accounting: 7 years.

  • Customer accounts: while active, then up to 24 months of inactivity.

  • Support tickets: 24 months.

  • Marketing data: until you opt out or up to 24 months of inactivity.

  • Cookies/IDs: per type (many ad cookies last 13–24 months).

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request:

  • Access/know what we hold.

  • Delete your data.

  • Correct inaccuracies.

  • Portability (a copy in a portable format).

  • Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted ads.

  • Limit use of sensitive data (we do not use it beyond allowed purposes).

  • Withdraw consent (email/SMS/cookies).

  • Appeal a denial.

    We will verify your identity before acting. You may use an authorized agent where allowed.

State disclosures (summary).

  • California (CPRA): Notice at collection above; opt-out as listed; financial incentives (email/SMS sign-up offers) will include terms at sign-up and are optional.

  • Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia/Utah: You may opt out of targeted ads; we honor recognized universal opt-out signals where required.

  • Nevada: We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law; you may still email us to opt out of future sales.

Children

The Services are for people 13+. If we learn we collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is perfect. Do not send sensitive data over insecure channels.

U.S.–only service; possible cross-border processing

  • We sell and ship only within the United States.

  • Some service providers (including Shopify) may process data outside your state or outside the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards required by law.
